Thank you for purchasing a ticket to Rooftop Revue! Below are answers to common questions and please look out for an email two days before the show with any additional details.

Where is Rooftop Revue?

Our venue is located at 2915 Dundas Street West. The rooftop entrance is off the back of the building, in the alley between Medland and Mavety street. Walk halfway down the alley until you see two garage door murals. The one connected to the rooftop patio is ours. Follow the signs and arrows up the stairs and onto the roof!

How accessible is the venue?

There are 12 stairs up to the rooftop and no railing at this moment, but there are walls on each side to balance off of.

The rooftop has 35 seats and all are available on a first come first serve basis.

What does a typical show agenda look like?

6:45PM - Doors open
7:15PM - First set
8:00PM - Intermission
8:15PM - Second set
9:00PM - Event ends and chat with artists / attendees
9:30PM - Venue closes

Will there be drinks or food available at the venue?

Rooftop Revue provides water to all guests AND Collective Arts has sponsored our event this year by kindly providing a beer and/or cocktail for attendees! Otherwise please bring your own food and drinks.

There are many incredible spots for F&B in the neighbourhood. Some of our fave’s are below.

Are the show’s all ages?

Yes, all shows are all-ages. If you are bringing a baby or small child please let us know ahead of time and you will be able to use the house if needed during the show. Please keep in mind we have two indoor cats that are very friendly!

Am I able to bring my dog?

Please contact us ahead of time to arrange this. We discourage any pets, but if it means you being able to see the show and they are well behaved then let’s chat about it!

Is there parking?

Bicycles: We have a fence leading up the rooftop that you can lock your bike to. Please do not lock your bike to any neighbours spaces in the alley. Otherwise there is lots of bike parking on the streets around the venue.

The closest Bike Share is at Annette and Keele.

Cars: There is a Green P off of Dundas, between Medland and Pacific, that is very inexpensive for the evening rate. Otherwise there usually is street parking available, just make sure to check the signs!

How does it work with tickets at the door?

As we only have 35 seats, most shows sell out ahead of time and there will be no tickets at the door. We encourage everyone otherwise to purchase online, and we will have a list at the door for admission.

If you need to refund your ticket, please get in touch with us so we can process the refund and re-sell your ticket to the waitlist.

What happens if it rains?

We have a beautiful indoor event space that is a 1 minute walk from the rooftop. We will make the call on the morning of the show if the event needs to move indoors and send an email out to everyone with the new address.

If it rains during the show, we will move everyone to the indoor venue and continue there.
